Angela Saadé earned a Master of Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble (INPG) and a Master of Applied Anthropology from the University Lumiere Lyon2. She has worked as a photovoltaic (PV) project manager and an energy expert at Hespul in Lyon, France. She has also been involved in national policy consultation between the grid manager and the French government. For four years, she worked in the field of energy and urban planning in different European cities. 
In parallel, Angela co-founded the French NGO Tabadol which aims to build a more equitable society, reflecting its diversity, and centering on social justice. She has developed several projects for Tabadol, including training for youth workers, teachers, and journalists on topics related to discrimination, prejudice, and migration.
She resettled in Lebanon in 2016, and became increasingly active in civil society notably as a board member of Lebanon Support in 2018, and as the co-founder of the Lebanese association for environmental and social justice JIBAL.
